Hi Mario,

Came across your website while searching for properties in Montreal. What i am looking for is a really rentable condo. 2 bedrooms preferable. I figure the downtown area near the Bell Center is probably the best – but that is where you come in. What do you think? Price wise, i was thinking of something around the 200-250K range. Basically a property where the rent will pay the monthly expenses (maybe leave $100 over for expenses).

Is this something you can help with?
